Job summary

Rocky Bay is seeking an experienced Team Leader/Manager to head our Supported Accommodation service at Lockridge. You will lead a large team supporting customers with diverse abilities and complex needs, including wheelchair users and health requirements, and ensure high-quality, person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a large team.
• Strong disability sector experience in Supported Accommodation.
• Experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities and complex health needs.
• Experience or understanding of restrictive practices.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of NDIS requirements and person-centred practice.
