What we are looking for

• Lead a multidisciplinary HR team to deliver high-quality, contemporary HR services
• A collaborative, supportive and forward thinking leadership style
• Partner with senior leaders to design and implement workforce strategies aligned to Rocky Bay’s vision and values
• Champion an engaging Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and deliver best practice recruitment, onboarding and retention strategies
• Provide expert advice in employee and industrial relations, workforce planning and organisational development
• Build and sustain positive relationships with staff, managers, customers and external stakeholders
• Model and foster a values-based culture that supports growth, inclusion and high performance
