Crawford is seeking a proactive claims coordination professional to support its Large Loss program in Brisbane. You will collaborate with adjusters, leaders and clients to coordinate workflows, monitor performance and contribute to high-quality outcomes.

This 12-month fixed-term opportunity suits an organized problem-solver who enjoys stakeholder engagement and process improvement. You will analyse trends, drive enhancements and support escalation and coordination activities across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance, claims, loss adjusting or similar operational environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with reporting, data analysis or performance monitoring.
• Continuous improvement mindset with QA/process improvement experience (desirable).
• Australian or NZ working rights; willing to complete a police check.
