Job summary

Crawford is seeking a proactive professional to support its Large Loss program in an on-site capacity within Australia. You will coordinate workflows, monitor KPIs, prepare insightful reporting and conduct file reviews to identify improvement opportunities.

This role involves stakeholder engagement with adjusters, leaders and clients across a 12-month fixed-term assignment. You will bring experience in insurance or claims operations, strong communication, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance, claims, loss adjusting or a similar operational environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with reporting, data analysis or performance monitoring.
• A solutions-focused mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
• Quality assurance, audit or process improvement experience is desirable.
• Australian or New Zealand working rights and willingness to complete a police check.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflows across the Large Loss portfolio.
• Monitor KPIs, service standards and quality outcomes.
• Prepare reporting and performance insights.
