Job summary

ED Landscapes in Sydney is seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Site Supervisor to lead our high-end residential landscaping projects across the city. This role is hands-on and requires pride in workmanship, clear leadership, and the ability to run jobs from start to finish.

You will own your projects, guide crews and subcontractors, plan daily tasks, manage materials and budgets, and ensure work is delivered on time to a premium standard.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years experience in residential landscape construction.
• Experience as Site Supervisor, Foreman or Leading Hand.
• Strong knowledge of structural landscaping, paving, stonework, retaining walls, drainage and concrete works.
• Able to read and understand construction plans.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Current driver's licence and White Card.
• Landscape trade qualification preferred.

• Manage the day-to-day running of residential landscaping projects.
• Lead and supervise landscapers, apprentices and labourers.
• Plan daily and weekly tasks to keep jobs running smoothly.
• Organise materials, equipment, deliveries and subcontractors.

• Identify and report any variations or changes to the scope of works.

• Take responsibility for the final finishing details and handover of projects.
