Job summary

W3Global in Australia is seeking a motivated Commercial Landscaping Site Supervisor to lead a crew on busy commercial sites. You will supervise day-to-day operations, read plans, and ensure work is delivered safely, on time and to high quality standards.

This hands-on leadership role requires five years in commercial landscape construction, strong communication, WHS knowledge, a White Card and a valid driver’s licence.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Landscape Construction or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial landscape construction.
• Experience leading site crews.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Solid understanding of WHS requirements.
• White Card.
• Current driver's licence.
• MR licence, excavator tickets or other plant competencies advantageous.

Job description

We're looking for a motivated and experienced Commercial Landscaping Site Supervisor to join our growing team.

Working Monday to Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm, you'll lead a crew and coordinate works to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the high standards our clients expect.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with our Project Managers and management team to plan works, maintain productivity, uphold quality workmanship and create a positive team culture.
