Job summary

Select People / Apprentice Recruit in Brisbane seeks an experienced Landscape Supervisor or senior landscaper stepping into a leadership role to run commercial and select high-end residential projects across the greater Brisbane region.

You will oversee on-site works, coordinate staff, subcontractors and suppliers, manage logistics, liaise with clients, and uphold safety and quality. The role runs 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with limited overtime and no weekend work.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape construction, supervising or senior landscaper ready to lead.
• Cert III in Landscaping (preferred) or strong hands-on experience.
• White Card (essential).

Responsibilities

• Overseeing on-site landscaping projects from start to finish, including commercial streetscapes, warehouse/townhouse and some high end residential.
• Managing and coordinating staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Handling project logistics, including material orders and site operations.
• Liaising with clients and ensuring high-quality project outcomes.
• Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
