Job summary

CPE Landscaping is seeking a skilled site supervisor to lead commercial landscape projects with a focus on organisation, quality control, and strong communication. The role involves coordinating staff, materials, and interactions with clients and other trades on site.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in commercial landscaping, a White Card, and WWCC, with the ability to read plans and manage on-site teams to deliver high standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in commercial landscape industry.
• Experience supervising landscape projects.
• White card and Working with Children check (WWCC) are required.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to read plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Support project management by running sites and coordinating staff.

To fit into the organisation, you will definitely be a team player, yet be able to work independently. You'll be able to bring your previous experience and expertise to take the burden running of sites off our Project Management team and to develop and improve our onsite systems.

The Opportunity

An opportunity to be part of a friendly and close-knit team, where your supervisor and coordination skills will be critical in delivering our projects to our clients.

This role will be focused on assisting our project team on organising staff, material, coordination with clients and other trades, quality control, training, working on to tools, co ordination with Project teams on s site level this is a hands on site role

Experience

Ideally, we are looking for someone who has:

• 3+ years experience in commercial landscape industry
• Experience working with tier 2, 3 or 4 builders
• Experience supervising landscape projects.
• White card and working with children check (these can be obtained at a later date)
