Job summary

Premium Pools and Gardens is seeking a highly experienced Landscape Foreperson to lead on-site landscape construction, read plans, and guide a team to deliver top-quality outdoor works.

You will manage time, interpret drawings, coordinate materials and equipment, and keep projects on schedule with minimal supervision. This is not an entry-level role; you will lead from the front, take ownership of sites, and demonstrate strong trade knowledge, problem-solving, and professionalism.

This role is suited to someone who can confidently take control of a job site, lead and motivate a team, read and interpret plans, manage time effectively and deliver projects to a high standard with minimal supervision.
