Job summary

Whitfield Excavations is seeking motivated Concrete Labourers to join our team in Victoria. You will prepare sites, pour, spread and finish concrete to specifications while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

The ideal candidate has basic construction plan reading skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in varied weather with a team. A White Card is required, and we offer competitive hourly pay and opportunities for training.

Qualifications

• Experience in concrete labour or related field preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret basic construction plans.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to site safety.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork on site.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of job sites, including site cleanup and setup

Pour, spread, and finish concrete according to specifications

About you

Previous experience in concrete labour or a related field preferred but not required
