360 Personnel is seeking Experienced Concrete Labourers for a remediation project at the Chichester Dam site. You will assist trades, perform general labouring, and contribute to concrete repair and finishing tasks on an established industrial project with a strong safety focus.

The role involves tool operation and working safely at heights, with on-site, ongoing project-based work and competitive hourly rates.

Qualifications

• Safe Work at Heights ticket is required.
• White Card (Construction Induction) is required.
• Physically fit and safety-focused.

• General labouring and site clean-up.
• Concrete repair, patching and finishing (desirable).
• Non-complex formwork and demolition work.
• Operate hand and power tools such as jackhammers and concrete saws.

Labourers – Remediation Work (Chichester Dam

We are seeking Experienced Concrete Labourers to join our team on a remediation project based in Chichester Dam site. This is an excellent opportunity to work on an established industrial project with a strong focus on safety and quality workmanship.

About the Role

• Assisting trades and site crews with remediation and repair work
• General labouring and site clean-up
• Concrete repair, patching, and finishing tasks (highly regarded but not essential)
• Non-complex formwork and demolition work
• Operation of hand and power tools, including jackhammers and concrete saws
• Working safely at heights and from elevated work platforms

Requirements

• Safe Work at Heights ticket
• White Card (Construction Induction)
• Physically fit and safety-focused

Highly Regarded

• Experience in concrete repair or rendering
• Previous experience working on mining or industrial sites
