Job summary

Whitfield Excavations is seeking motivated Concrete Labourers to join our team in Victoria. You will prepare sites, pour, spread and finish concrete to specifications while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

The ideal candidate has basic construction plan reading skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in varied weather with a team. A White Card is required, and we offer competitive hourly pay and opportunities for training.

Qualifications

• Experience in concrete labour or related field preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret basic construction plans.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to site safety.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork on site.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing job sites, including cleanup and setup.
• Pour, spread, and finish concrete according to specifications.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment related to concrete work.
• Collaborate with team to complete projects efficiently and safely.
• Follow safety protocols and keep a clean working environment.
• Perform other tasks as directed by supervisors.
