This hands-on role requires physical fitness, reliability, and a safety-conscious approach. You will operate basic tools, help load materials, and contribute to keeping the site tidy and compliant with site protocols.

We are seeking a Concrete Labourer to join the team at Browns Concreting. This is a casual position based in Woodend VIC 3442. As a Concrete Labourer, you will play a vital role in supporting our concrete construction projects, assisting with the preparation, pouring, and finishing of concrete work. This hands-on role is essential to ensuring our projects are completed to the highest standards and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Assisting with concreter to complete projects.
• Operate basic tools and equipment used in concrete work.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all health and safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a concrete labourer or similar construction labouring role is highly desirable but not essential
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour for extended periods
• A strong work ethic and commitment to meeting project deadlines
• Attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
• Ability to work safely and follow all site health and safety requirements
• Team player mentality with good communication skills
• Valid driver's licence is preferred
• Willingness to operate hand and power tools under appropriate supervision
