Job summary

ALS Geochemistry in Wangara is seeking a Work Order Write Up Assistant to support a fast-paced minerals preparation and analytical laboratory. The role focuses on data entry using the LIMS and ensuring accurate record keeping.

You will join a dedicated team on an afternoon shift, with training provided. The position offers full-time hours, opportunities to learn across laboratory prep areas and develop IT/data handling skills.

Qualifications

• Data entry using LIMS with accuracy and speed.
• Strong numerical and alphanumeric skills required.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Filing, archiving and updating records as required.
• Screening calls and escalating to appropriate personnel.
• Second checking CPT, work orders and client codes.
• Inputting analytical methods and information into GEMS.
• Assigning method codes and correcting invoices/credits.
• Ensuring pricing is correct for active and new work orders.
• Liaising with management for turnaround times/ETAs.
• Other duties as directed by supervisor/manager.
