Job summary

Saul Recruitment is partnering with leading Australian MSPs/MSSPs to recruit top security and cloud engineers in ANZ. You’ll join talented teams across Microsoft Cloud, Modern Workplace, infrastructure and security, with progression, mentoring and genuine development opportunities.

Melbourne-based role with hybrid working and a strong emphasis on training, certifications and career growth. Expect exposure to diverse projects, customers and architectures, plus supportive technical leadership.

Qualifications

Proven MSP/MSSP experience supporting multiple customer environments.
Strong Level 3 troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across Azure, security, networking.
Experience with Microsoft Cloud and Modern Workplace technologies.
Exposure to cloud migrations and infrastructure projects.
Familiarity with modern device management including Intune and Autopilot.
Relevant Microsoft certifications, or actively working towards them.
Excellent customer communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to prioritise across multiple customers and competing requirements.
Good documentation habits and attention to detail.
Proactive attitude and enthusiasm for continuous learning.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 3 technical support and projects across client environments including Azure, Security, Networking, AI.
Troubleshoot complex issues and identify root causes.
Support Microsoft Cloud, infrastructure and Modern Workplace environments.
Participate in client discovery and assist with solution design.
Visit customer sites when required.
Build trusted relationships and act as a technical advisor.
Improve documentation, processes and internal systems.
Work with senior engineers to learn and grow.
