Saul Recruitment is recruiting for a capable MSP/Security engineer to support multiple client environments and modern cloud deployments in a hybrid Melbourne setup.

You’ll work on cloud migrations, modern workplace deployments, and security projects, with training and certifications supported. Strong client communication and documentation practices are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven MSP experience supporting multiple client environments.
• Experience with cloud migrations and modern workplace deployments.
• Experience with modern device management (Intune, Autopilot).
• Relevant Microsoft certifications or working towards them.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Providing Level 1-1.5 engineering support across client environments.
• Assisting with client discovery sessions and solution design/architecture.
• Assisting with cloud and infrastructure projects.
• Troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Visiting client sites when required.
• Acting as a technical advisor to clients.
• Assist on security projects.
• Contributing to improving documentation and internal systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing Level 1-1.5 engineering support across client environments
