Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven MSP/MSSP experience supporting multiple customer environments.
• Strong Level 3 troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across Azure, security, networking.
• Experience with Microsoft Cloud and Modern Workplace technologies.
• Exposure to cloud migrations and infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with modern device management including Intune and Autopilot.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications, or actively working towards them.
• Excellent customer communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to prioritise across multiple customers and competing requirements.
• Good documentation habits and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and enthusiasm for continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 technical support and projects across client environments including Azure, Security, Networking, AI.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and identify root causes.
• Support Microsoft Cloud, infrastructure and Modern Workplace environments.
• Participate in client discovery and assist with solution design.
• Visit customer sites when required.
• Build trusted relationships and act as a technical advisor.
• Improve documentation, processes and internal systems.
• Work with senior engineers to learn and grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your role will be varied, giving you the opportunity to develop beyond traditional support work. Depending on your experience, you’ll be involved in:

• Providing Level 3 technical support and projects across multiple client environments - Azure, Security, Networking, AI and more.
• Troubleshooting more complex technical issues and identifying root causes.
• Supporting Microsoft Cloud, infrastructure and Modern Workplace environments.
• Participating in client discovery and potentially assisting with solution design.
• Visiting customer sites when required.
• Building trusted relationships and acting as a technical advisor to clients.
• Improving documentation, processes and internal systems.
• Working alongside senior engineers and learning from experienced technical specialists.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven MSP/MSSP experience supporting multiple customer environments.
