Job summary

Liebherr-Australia is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to design modern, engaging learning across Australia and New Zealand. You will partner with leaders, People Partners and SMEs to identify capability needs and deliver practical learning solutions that drive business outcomes.

You will develop blended learning, coach leaders, manage LMS administration and provide insights on engagement and compliance, contributing to capability frameworks and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Qualified in Learning & Development, Organisational Development, HR, Education or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience designing and delivering workplace learning solutions.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Experience consulting with stakeholders to diagnose capability needs and propose solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify capability gaps with leaders and stakeholders and design practical learning solutions.
• Consult with stakeholders to recommend effective learning approaches.
• Design engaging programs using contemporary instructional design principles.
• Develop blended learning: digital, microlearning, workshops, toolkits and on‑the‑job resources.
• Build development pathways supporting employee growth and career progression.
• Coach leaders to improve learning transfer and development conversations.
• Manage external training providers and evaluate learning effectiveness.
• Support and administer the LMS and deliver learning analytics.
• Contribute to capability frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
