Job summary

CPA Australia is seeking a Learning Content Specialist to develop, review and deliver online courses, micro-credentials and facilitated programs. You will collaborate with Learning Design, content leads and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy, engagement and alignment with member needs.

The role emphasizes transforming complex topics into high-quality learning experiences while managing stakeholders and product outcomes. A hybrid work model is offered, with two days onsite.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Accounting, Education, Publishing or related field.
• Experience in education publishing, training organisations or learning content providers is valued.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and learning design practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and maintain learning content and assessments.
• Manage content updates, editorial reviews, and product development activities.
• Engage and coordinate subject matter experts, authors, and external partners.
• Support micro-credential assessment and badging processes.
• Contribute to product planning, innovation, and portfolio management.
• Monitor industry trends and learner needs to inform future learning products.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Quality & Systems, and Learning Design teams to ensure high-quality learner experiences.
• Support key learning initiatives and projects across the Learning & Innovation function.
