CPA Australia is seeking a Learning Content Specialist to develop, review and deliver online courses, micro-credentials and facilitated programs. You will collaborate with Learning Design, content leads and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy, engagement and alignment with member needs.
The role emphasizes transforming complex topics into high-quality learning experiences while managing stakeholders and product outcomes. A hybrid work model is offered, with two days onsite.
Reporting to our Learning & Development Manager, you will support the development, review, and delivery of online courses, micro-credentials, and facilitated learning programs. Working closely with Learning Design, Content Leads, and subject matter experts, you'll ensure learning content is engaging, technically accurate, and aligned to industry trends and member needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking complex subject matter and transforming it into high-quality learning experiences while managing stakeholders, content quality, and product outcomes.
Develop, review, and maintain learning content and assessments.
Manage content updates, editorial reviews, and product development activities.
Engage and coordinate subject matter experts, authors, and external partners.
Support micro-credential assessment and badging processes.
Contribute to product planning, innovation, and portfolio management.
Monitor industry trends and learner needs to inform future learning products.
Collaborate with Marketing, Quality & Systems, and Learning Design teams to ensure high-quality learner experiences.
Support key learning initiatives and projects across the Learning & Innovation function.
Degree qualified in Business, Accounting, Education, Publishing or a related field.
Experience within education publishing, professional associations, training organisations, higher education, certification bodies, or learning content providers will be highly regarded.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and learning design practices.
Excellent stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
Strong written communication, editing skills, and attention to detail.
Commercially minded with the ability to balance learner needs and business outcomes.
Experience with learning technologies and the Microsoft Office Suite.
