Red Hawk Resort + Casino in Australia’s Casino region is seeking a front-of-house team member to maintain guest service and dining area standards. You will assist servers, clear tables, and help keep side stations stocked and clean during service.

Applicants should be at least 18 years old and hold a high school diploma or GED. This on-site role offers opportunities to contribute to a welcoming dining experience and uphold health and safety standards.

• Maintain cleanliness of side stations and stock items as needed.
• Answer guest questions and refer to management as necessary.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and respond accordingly.
• Keep professional grooming and appearance.
• Keep work areas neat and organized; sweep or mop as needed.
• Serve ice water and assist with restocking during service.
• Complete opening and closing sidework; perform other duties as assigned.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides excellent guest service at all times.
• Clears all tables, resetting them for new seating, ensuring tables are set in accordance with venue standards and guests achieving a pleasurable dining experience.
• Assists Food Servers in serving the guests throughout their meal, observing the guests for any requests for service, clears all dishes from the table after guests are through eating, continually providing them with a clean, neat eating area.
• Maintains cleanliness of all side stations, responsible for stocking dishes, silverware, paper supplies and any other required items.
• Answers any guest questions and refers them, if necessary, to appropriate management personnel.
• Monitors guest alcohol consumption and responds accordingly.
• Maintains professional grooming and appearance.
• Keeps sight lines neat and organized.
• Sweeps or mops as necessary.
• Serve ice water as necessary.
• Assists Food Servers in restocking any items required during service.
• Removes trash from and maintains cleanliness of all service related areas as applicable.
• Works in a clean, sanitary, safe, and organized manner, abiding by all health and safety regulations.
• Helps maintain par levels.
• Keeps traffic areas free from clutter and debris.
• Completes daily opening and closing sidework as assigned.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
