Job summary

Red Hawk Casino is seeking a dependable dishwasher to support our busy kitchen, cleaning dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and speed racks.

You will maintain kitchen floors and surfaces, follow health and safety standards, and use proper chemicals to ensure sanitation throughout shifts. Equal opportunity employer; applicants must be 18+ and high school diploma preferred.

• Complies with standards of health, safety, and sanitation.
• Understands and practices the use of proper chemicals on the property.
• Maintains knowledge of sanitation and safety standards.
• Separate and remove trash and garbage and dispose of it appropriately.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
