Job summary

Sydney Trains is seeking a proactive Workshop Coordinator to join Customer Central and help design engaging workshop experiences that drive innovation and better customer outcomes. You will coordinate content with facilitators and solution designers, prepare materials and environments, capture insights, and turn ideas into clear, actionable outputs.

You will also maintain Customer Central's collaborative spaces and knowledge assets.

You are organised, creative and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You can quickly synthesise information into clear, professional outputs and have experience supporting workshops, stakeholder engagement or co-design activities.

You'll bring:

• Strong visual communication and presentation skills
• Experience with collaboration and document production tools
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly
• Experience with graphic design tools
• Experience with the MG Taylor Methodology (desirable)
