Job summary

In this role, you'll:

Play a key role in supporting continuous improvement projects and initiatives across the Initial Employment Training trainee lifecycle. You will provide operational, administrative and project support, coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities, track and analyse training data, and prepare reports and insights to support informed decision-making.

You will work closely with stakeholders across Sydney Trains and Transport for NSW, managing competing priorities and initiatives focused on optimising trainee engagement, retention, compliance and the successful delivery of qualified and competent Train Crew into operational supply.

About You

You are a proactive and highly organised coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment and is adept at managing competing priorities. With experience supporting projects, programs or operational activities, you take the lead to coordinate activities, track progress against milestones, and deliver high-quality reporting and insights.

You will bring strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, a collaborative approach, and the ability to analyse information and support informed decision-making. You will be comfortable working across a range of stakeholders, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and taking ownership of delivering quality outcomes.

Experience in project coordination, continuous improvement or operationally focused workforce-related programs will be highly regarded.
