Job summary

Australian Taxation Office is seeking Knowledge Officers to support Change and Release Management and SAP HR systems. You will coordinate testing, advise on payroll and leave processes, and collaborate with business users and IT teams to ensure compliant, timely delivery.

Qualifications

Experience in change and release management for corporate systems, coordinating testing activities and reporting.
Experience with payroll, superannuation and leave administration and compliance requirements.
Builds and maintains effective stakeholder relationships across business and IT teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Coordinate testing activities for system releases and track progress.
Provide specialist SAP HR administration across payroll, superannuation and leave processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver accurate, compliant outcomes and process improvements.
Offer technical advice and support to business users and IT teams on changes and releases.
Lead or support testing efforts using SAP Solution Manager or similar tools.
