NRI Australia & New Zealand seeks aSenior SAP HR/HCM/Payroll Consultant to deliver senior functional expertise across SAP HCM and Australian Payroll within our Managed Services Enterprise Applications team.

You’ll support business-critical HR and payroll environments across PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll, Benefits and ESS/MSS, with a strong focus on production support, compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years SAP ECC6 functional consulting experience.
• Minimum 5 years SAP HR/Payroll experience in support roles.
• Strong expertise in Australian payroll processes, taxation requirements and compliance obligations.
• Extensive experience with SAP HCM modules including OM, PA, Time Management, Payroll, Benefits Administration, ESS and MSS.
• Experience with SAP configuration, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and production support; familiarity with data migration tools LSMW and BDC.

Responsabilités

• Provide Level 2–3 operational support across SAP HCM and Payroll.
• Configure and support OM, PA, Time Management, Payroll, Benefits, ESS and MSS.
• Support payroll schemas, wage types, PCRs, time evaluation and absence quotas.
• Ensure compliance with Australian payroll, taxation and legislative requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex payroll and HCM issues.
• Develop functional specifications and support enhancements.
• Collaborate with ABAP, Basis, Finance, Security and SuccessFactors teams.
• Support upgrades, support packs, SAP Notes, testing and deployments.
• Support data migration, interfaces and mass uploads.
• Drive automation, optimisation and continuous improvement.
