Job summary

Auto & General is seeking a maternity-cover Knowledge Management professional to maintain the C&A knowledge base and drive compliance. The role sits at the intersection of technical writing, stakeholder engagement, change management, and continuous improvement, offering variety and a focus on quality output.

You’ll be responsible for content accuracy, governance, risk awareness, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in technical writing and producing process documentation to a high standard.
• Ability to distil complex information into clear, actionable content for diverse audiences.
• Experience engaging stakeholders and championing knowledge changes across a division.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain C&A knowledge—compose and update workflows, processes, and procedures in HIYA to a high standard.
• Act as knowledge champion, embedding changes across the division and coordinating with subject matter experts.
• Apply governance standards and ensure content adheres to style guides and formatting requirements.
