Job summary

Paxus - Technology + Digital Talent is seeking a Knowledge Management Officer to manage ICT knowledge content from creation to retirement. You will work with technical experts to ensure information is accurate, relevant and accessible for diverse audiences.

You will also support customer communications and knowledge-sharing initiatives, driving continuous improvement across ICT services. An inclusive, collaborative environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Turn complex ICT information into clear, accessible content.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to maintain documentation.
• Maintain internal and customer-facing knowledge bases with accessible content.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to develop and maintain ICT documentation.
• Write, edit and refine content using plain English and accessibility principles.
• Ensure documentation aligns with corporate standards and is tailored to diverse audiences.
• Manage internal and customer-facing knowledge bases and respond to content feedback.
• Apply knowledge management practices to review, update and retire content.
• Draft and quality-assure customer communications, including incident notifications and service updates.
