What you’ll be doing

• Creating, updating, and managing ICT support documentation & knowledge bases
• Drafting plain-English customer communications (incident notices, updates, campaigns)
• Partnering with ICT experts & stakeholders to capture and share knowledge
• Reviewing feedback to continuously improve content and communication strategies
• Supporting knowledge-sharing initiatives across teams

What we’re looking for

• Strong background in communications, marketing, or technical writing (in that order!)
• Experience translating complex ideas into simple, customer-friendly content
