Job summary

Auto & General (A&G) is seeking a knowledge management/comms professional for maternity cover in Australia. The role focuses on maintaining the integrity of the C&A knowledge base, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering high-quality content across workflows and procedures.

You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts, drive continuous improvement, and support onboarding under a hybrid model with flexible work options.

Qualifications

Clear and confident communicator with an ability to turn complex information into actionable content.
Experience in technical writing producing process and procedure documentation.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Experience applying policy, rules and guidelines to compliant documentation.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain C&A knowledge—update workflows, processes and procedures to high standards.
Champion knowledge management changes and embed them across the division.
Uphold governance standards and formatting across all knowledge assets.
Identify risks and promote a culture of compliance.
Engage stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional information validation.
Drive continuous improvement with usage data and metrics.
Analyse knowledge metrics to inform solution planning and improvement.
Support onboarding and capability building within the KM Accreditation program.
