Job summary

Omni Recruit is partnering with a busy Parramatta wing restaurant to recruit a Kitchen Supervisor who thrives in high-volume environments and can keep service fast and consistent.

You will run kitchen shifts, lead the line, manage prep lists and stock, maintain food safety and train cooks, with a clear pathway to Assistant Kitchen Manager as the brand grows.

Salary is $65K–$70K plus super, with full-time hours and a fun, fast-paced team that values quality and speed.

Qualifications

• Experience as a kitchen supervisor, senior cook or sous chef in a high-volume kitchen.
• Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent experience).
• NSW Food Safety Supervisor certificate (or willingness to get one).
• Calm, organised leadership when the dockets keep coming.
• Full Australian work rights.

Responsibilities

• Running kitchen shifts and leading the team on the line.
• Keeping every plate consistent, fast and to spec.
• Managing prep lists, stock rotation, ordering and wastage.
• Keeping food safety, cleanliness and WHS tight.
• Training and coaching cooks and kitchen hands.
• Working with the Head Chef and front of house to keep service smooth.
