Job summary

SkyCity Adelaide Pty Ltd is seeking motivated Kitchen Stewards to join our Back of House team on a casual basis. You will help maintain immaculate kitchen hygiene, support chefs, and keep our multi-venue operation running smoothly across kitchens, cool rooms and equipment.

Ideal candidates can work nights, weekends and public holidays with a positive, can-do attitude and strong knowledge of HACCP and WHS. Enjoy employee benefits and opportunities within SkyCity Adelaide venues.

About the Opportunity

As a Kitchen Steward, you play a vital role in supporting our chefs and ensuring every kitchen operates safely, efficiently and to the highest standard. You'll maintain cleanliness across kitchens, cool rooms and equipment, uphold chemical and hygiene standards, assist with function setups, support stocktake preparation and help keep our multi-venue operation running smoothly.

With multiple kitchens across the precinct, we're looking for stewards with strong availability including nights, weekends and public holidays.

About You

You bring strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices, chemical usage and storage, HACCP principles and WHS procedures. You communicate clearly, stay organised under pressure and take initiative to keep tasks moving.

You're comfortable working across multiple kitchens, managing competing priorities and supporting the wider team with a positive, can-do attitude.
