EVT Limited's Rydges South Bank Brisbane is seeking energetic team members to assist in kitchen operations under the Executive Chef. You will help maintain a clean, safe kitchen and respond to guest needs.

• Assist in kitchen operations as directed by the Executive Chef.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.
• Perform cleaning duties and uphold hygiene standards.
• Minimise waste and follow standard operating procedures.
• Attend training sessions and contribute to a learning-focused kitchen culture.
• Support team harmony and uphold grooming and presentation standards.
• Comply with hotel policies and OH&S guidelines.
• Respond promptly to guest needs and perform other duties as required.
