Rydges Hotels & Resorts, South Brisbane, is seeking a hands-on kitchen team member to support daily operations in a guest-focused environment. You’ll work under the Executive Chef, maintain a clean station, follow hygiene standards and contribute to a learning-focused kitchen culture.

• Assist in kitchen operations as directed by the Executive Chef

• Minimise waste and follow standard operating procedures
• Attend training sessions and contribute to a learning-focused kitchen culture
• Support team harmony and uphold grooming and presentation standards
• Comply with hotel policies and OH&S guidelines
• Respond promptly to guest needs and perform other duties as required
