Job summary

EVT is looking for a motivated kitchen team member to support day-to-day operations at our Brisbane locations. You will assist in kitchen operations, maintain hygiene, and help deliver memorable guest experiences across EVT's hotels and venues.

This entry-level role offers hands-on training, a collaborative team culture, and opportunities to grow within a nationwide entertainment, ventures and travel network. Daymaker ethos applies from day one.

• Assist in kitchen operations as directed by the Executive Chef.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.
• Perform cleaning duties and uphold hygiene standards.
• Minimise waste and follow standard operating procedures.
• Attend training sessions and contribute to a learning-focused kitchen culture.
• Support team harmony and uphold grooming and presentation standards.
• Comply with hotel policies and OH&S guidelines.
• Respond promptly to guest needs and perform other duties as required.
