Job summary

Hilton on the Gold Coast is seeking a dedicated Health & Hygiene Coordinator to join our luxury, 5-star kitchen team. You will help ensure compliance, cleanliness and hygiene across the hotel's kitchens while maintaining supply levels and equipment.

This role requires hands-on experience with commercial kitchen gear, safe handling of industrial cleaners, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining clean, hygienic hotel kitchens.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning chemicals and safe usage.
• Energetic, multitasking hospitality professional.
• Able to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Experience in a 5-star environment preferred.
• Flexible to rotating roster including weekends.

You will ensure adequate supplies are on hand, and equipment is well maintained. Your role is extremely important in ensuring the hotels kitchens are compliant, clean and hygienic.

Sound knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment

Knowledge of industrial cleaning chemicals and their safe application
