Job summary

Hilton is partnering with Imperial Hotel Gold Coast as it transitions to Australia's first luxury Hilton hotel, offering a rare chance to join a landmark hospitality project on the Gold Coast. We are seeking a professional Stewarding specialist to support health and hygiene in our kitchens, ensuring supplies, cleanliness and compliance while working part-time on rotating shifts, including weekends.

• Sound knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning chemicals and their safe application.
• Energy and passion for the Hospitality Industry.
• Dynamic individual with an ability to multitask with efficiency.
• Confident communicator with the talent to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Previous experience within a similar 5-star environment.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends.
• Must be eligible to work in Australia.
