Job summary

ME Coffee Merchants in Mascot & Botany is seeking a Kitchen Production & Café Breakfast Cook to prepare and cook breakfast items, manage early-morning production, and help maintain kitchen standards during busy service.

You will flip bacon, fry eggs, build toasties, and keep the kitchen clean, organised and food-safe while delivering great coffee and vibes to our team and guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year kitchen/café experience.
• Reliable and punctual with early starts.
• Comfortable in a busy kitchen.
• Able to work well in a team and independently after training.
• Positive attitude and good vibes.
