Merivale’s Mascot Production Kitchen is seeking casual chefs to join a dedicated team responsible for producing high-quality products used across our venues. The role offers real work-life balance and opportunities for career development.

You will work in a fast-paced production environment, starting early on a weekday roster, and may guide junior teammates while maintaining consistency and attention to detail across all prep tasks.

Qualificações

• 3-4 years’ similar experience in production kitchen or a similar environment.
• Can manage your own section and guide junior team members.
• Are organised with an eye for detail and consistency.
• Happy to work in a production kitchen environment.
• Can do early starts and mainly a weekday roster.
• This is a physical job that could require lifting and moving items.

Responsabilidades

• Prep a wide array of high-quality products used across Merivale venues.
• Support multiple venues with production of sauces, doughs and breads.
• Maintain cleanliness, portion control and product consistency.
