Applejack Hospitality is seeking a motivated Kitchen Hand to join our Sydney team. You will support chefs by washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and assisting with stock management to maintain a smooth kitchen operation.

Responsibilities

• Dishwashing: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Cleaning and Sanitizing: Ensure kitchen surfaces and equipment are clean and sanitized to meet health and safety standards.
• Stock Management: Assist in monitoring and restocking kitchen supplies as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless flow of operations.
• Opportunities for Food Preparation: Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients.
