Job summary

Grow Paediatric Dentistry is a specialist paediatric dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional dental care to children in a warm, friendly and supportive environment. We are looking for a Receptionist Extraordinaire to join our growing team and assist families from first contact through treatment.

This full-time role requires at least 3 years in the dental industry, excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Windows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in the dental industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Calm, friendly and reassuring demeanor with children and families.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Punctuality, reliability and a willingness to learn.
• Confidence using Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Exact dental software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day reception duties, including booking appointments, taking payments and responding to phone calls and emails.
• Welcoming patients and families and providing a warm, friendly and professional first point of contact.
• Guiding parents through the process of arranging dental treatment under general anaesthetic.
• Coordinating theatre bookings and assisting families with treatment and hospital-related information.
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in a busy specialist practice.
