Job summary

• Experience in FMCG, retail, convenience or customer-facing sales roles.

• Experience with CRM platforms and MS Office.

About the Opportunity

We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded Key Account Support professional to join our Wholesale Partnerships team in Crestmead. Reporting to the National Account Manager, you'll play a critical role in supporting major customer accounts, driving operational excellence, delivering outstanding customer service and helping unlock profitable growth opportunities.

In this Role

• Support major customer accounts and contribute to sales growth initiatives
• Manage service-related activities including stock issues, allocations, pricing and claims
• Assist with sales planning, forecasting and promotional execution
• Produce reporting and insights to support commercial decision-making
• Coordinate customer meetings, reviews and business planning activities
• Analyse sales performance and identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of customer plans
• Support trade shows, conferences and business development activities

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in FMCG, retail, convenience or customer-facing sales roles
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel capability
• Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
• A collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced environments
• A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and customer outcomes
