Epiroc is hiring a Key Customer Manager focused on Central Queensland Coal market, located in Mackay. You will lead and grow Epiroc products across CQ, prioritising drilling tools, aftermarket and new business growth, while owning the customer relationship.

The role requires proven industry experience, travel, and strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to deliver solutions and market growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in mining operations, specifically blast hole drilling.
• Willingness to undertake extensive travel and site-level engagement.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow all Epiroc products across Central Queensland with a focus on drilling tools, aftermarket and new business growth.
• Own the customer relationship and be the primary contact for key accounts.
• Promote Epiroc solutions and capabilities to drive market growth.
