Job summary

Epiroc is hiring a Key Customer Manager focused on Central Queensland Coal, with Mackay area emphasis. You will lead and grow all Epiroc products in the region, concentrating on drilling tools, aftermarket services, and new business opportunities, while serving as the primary customer contact and owner of the relationship.

This role requires mining operations experience, especially blast hole drilling, and a technical mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in mining operations, specifically blast hole drilling.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to undertake extensive travel and site engagement.
• Solid understanding of technical considerations related to mining equipment.
• Ability to identify solutions and drive market growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow all Epiroc products across Central Queensland with a focus on drilling tools, aftermarket and new business growth.
• Win new business and serve as the primary customer contact and relationship owner.
• Engage with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to promote Epiroc solutions.
• Prioritize and manage tasks effectively in a dynamic, safety-focused environment.
