Job summary

Reflections Holiday Parks in NSW is seeking a Senior Account Manager to grow revenue across group, corporate and government accounts by building trusted partnerships and driving retention.

You will develop strategic account plans, monitor pipeline, and collaborate with Operations, Reservations, Revenue and Marketing to deliver client requirements and negotiate renewals for maximum value. Travel may be required; strong relationship and CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of demonstrated account management and sales experience with growth and retention focus.
• Strong strategic account planning and commercial acumen.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Outstanding communication and organisation; experience with CRM and sales management systems.

The Duties

Working closelywith commercial and operational teams, in a typical day you may find yourself:

• Building trusted partnerships with key clients and identifying growth opportunities.
• Developing strategic account plans to drive account growth, retention, and long-term value.

About You

• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to customer priorities, business opportunities and growth objectives .
  
• Build influential relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to drive collaboration, engagement and commercial outcomes.
  
• Demonstrate customer value by understanding needs, measuring outcomes and delivering solutions that support customer success and ROI.
  
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies that clearly communicate value, influence stakeholders and convert opportunities.
  
• Identify and prioritise opportunities by managing a portfolio effectively, qualifying prospects and targeting high-value growth opportunities.
  

What are we looking for?

• Minimum three years’ of demonstratedaccount management andsales experience with a proven ability to grow accounts, achieve revenuetargets and retain key customers.
• Strong strategic account planning and commercial acumen, with theability to analyse performance, identify opportunities and risks, anddevelop effective growth strategies.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation and influencing skills,with the ability to engage key decision-makers and diverse internal andexternal stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills, includingexperience preparing proposals and reports, managing competing priorities,and using CRM and sales management systems effectively.
• Current Driver’s Licence
• Ability to travel on a regular basis
