• 3+ years' B2B sales account management or business development experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing key accounts.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Grow key partner accounts through effective sales, marketing and training strategies.
• Take over and manage partner accounts transitioned from Business Development Managers.
• Analyse sales performance data to ensure account plans deliver results.
• Prepare credit submission documentation and recommend mitigations.
• Build strong relationships across Operations, Credit, Customer Service, Marketing and the wider sales team.
• Share insights and performance updates with sales peers.
