Brownes Dairy in WA is seeking a Key Account Executive on a permanent full-time basis to support the National Business Manager in growing key customer accounts across relevant sales channels. You will assist in business development, account planning, sales analysis, and building strong customer relationships, while balancing administrative tasks and data-driven decision making.

The role offers a Tool of Trade Vehicle, five weeks annual leave and on-site facilities, plus health and wellbeing

Formación

• 3+ years in a sales support role, ideally in FMCG.
• Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfort presenting to customers.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the National Business Manager in maintaining strong relationships with key accounts
• Work with the team to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
• Support with customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses
• Track and analyse account performance, providing regular reports on sales trends and key metrics
• Support the development of sales presentations and data analysis to aid in decision-making
• Assist in forecasting and planning by gathering and organising relevant sales data
• Coordinate with the marketing team to support the execution of promotional activities
• Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and provide feedback to improve future initiatives
