Job summary

KAW Chiropractic in Alfredton, Ballarat area is seeking a hands-on Practice Floor Lead to run the Chiropractic Assistant team, own rostering, and ensure every patient experiences consistent service from first visit to hundredth.

You will report to the COO and work closely with practice owners; ideal candidates have prior team leadership in busy clinics and are organised, people-oriented, and prepared to have difficult conversations when needed.

• Strong people management and training abilities
• Ability to maintain high service standards under pressure

Job description

Run the floor of one of Ballarat's busiest chiropractic practices. You'll run the Chiropractic Assistant team, own the roster, keep the floor moving, and make sure every patient gets the same experience whether it's their first visit or their hundredth. • You're good with people — patients and staff both
• Health, allied health or dental experience is a bonus, not a must
