Job summary

KAW Chiropractic in Alfredton, Ballarat area is seeking a hands-on Practice Floor Lead to run the Chiropractic Assistant team, own rostering, and ensure every patient experiences consistent service from first visit to hundredth.

You will report to the COO and work closely with practice owners; ideal candidates have prior team leadership in busy clinics and are organised, people-oriented, and prepared to have difficult conversations when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a busy service environment
• Strong people management and training abilities
• Ability to maintain high service standards under pressure

Responsibilities

• Run the CA team — rostering, training, day to day direction, performance
• Manage front desk flow and the patient experience standard
• Lead weekly team KPI meetings and reporting
• Onboard and develop new team members
• Ensure systems and SOPs are used and improve them where they're not
• Jump on the floor, as everyone here does
