• Change Strategy Development and implementation across agile and traditional delivery environments
• Stakeholder Engagement to build support throughout the change process
• Develop clear, concise change communications for all employees
• Design and deliver training programs to support adoption of new processes
• Identify resistance and develop strategies to drive adoption
• Conduct impact assessments to understand effects on teams and processes
• Monitor progress and report outcomes to leadership
• Support continuous improvement of change management processes
• Collaborate with HR, IT and other units to align change with organisational goals
